All products in my shop are available items unless marked [PREORDER].
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping delays may occur due to shipping complications.
!!! Please make sure that your address is correct and you write only in roman letters for international shipping !!!
PRE-ORDERS
Please read the description of any item marked with [PREORDER] for their estimated completion and shipping time.
I will send out an email at least one week before the shipping period for you to fill out a Google form for any address changes. You can also send an email at [email protected] to notify me of any address changes at any time before shipping.
Any order contains a [PREORDER] item cannot be splitted, everything will be shipped together once the production for [PREORDER] item is completed. If you wish to receive the available item before the preorder, please purchase them separately.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is available for most countries except countries listed on USPS International Service disruptions here.
Import duties, VAT, Lucid charges, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. I am not responsible for these charges if they are applied; it is the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
If I find issues sending packages to your country, I will send you a notification via email and we can work out shipping alternatives or a refund.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
All physical orders (domestic and international) will be shipped out from the United States with tracked shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
For available items, it will take about 3 days for them to be processed and shipped out.
Please note that all pre-order items are paid to produce. Please allow for ~1-2 months of production after pre-orders end.
- Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 1 week from the shipping date. Orders shipping to Canada typically arrive within 1-3 weeks from the shipping date.
- International orders can take 1-4 weeks or longer from the shipping date.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
RETURN
I do not accept return.
Note that I do not have any control over your package once it is left to the postage company for shipping. I will strive my best to work on the best solution for your problems and ask for your patience and understanding in return.
I am not responsible for lost orders once they are shipped. If your order is returned to me due to delivery problems, I can send it again but the buyer will need to pay for the shipping fee again. If you decide that you do not want to receive the product, I will refund you the cost of the order, but not shipping cost.
Order can be purchased and shipped again if stock is available.
Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify me of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless the customer pays for shipping again.
I am not liable for damage during shipping, transit, and handling.
EXCHANGE
You can switch an item to another one equivalent in value WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAY of purchase. Please send me an email with your order number and the items you want to change to request.
I do not accept exchange once the order has been shipped out.
DAMAGE AND ISSUE
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if there is any issue with your order so I can evaluate it accordingly.
If the order is heavily damaged due to shipping procedures, I will require proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, and full name the order is under) and a photo of the item(s)' conditions for the resend. Customer will need to pay for shipping again.
If I send the wrong order by mistake or an order is incomplete, customer can request a resend at no cost. You don't need to return the wrong item.
REFUND
All sales are final once orders have been shipped out.
If you want a refund, please request it WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of purchase before the order is shipped out.
If I send the wrong order by mistake or an order is incomplete, customer can request a refund for missing item or request a resend.
For [PREORDER] items, refund is available before the production stage begins. I do not accept refund requests for [PREORDER] that have moved into production stage.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
FAQ
Will you restock item ___ ?
I like to keep creating new art and to ensure an exciting shopping experience for you, only the popular designs are restocked. However, do not count on a restock and get them while they are available or at preorder!
Check the "Last Chance" Collection if you want to know which items will not come back once sold out.
Why do item ___ sell out so fast?
I have limited space to keep stock, and it is hard to predict what items will be popular and what will not. To guarantee items, please purchase them during preorder runs, or try to purchase items within the first few hours of shop launch!
Can I add new items to my paid order?
Unfortunately no, as such will cause me confusion and possibly result in sending an incomplete/wrong order to you. Please request a refund WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of purchase and make another purchase adding the new items you want.
I forgot to add ______ discount code, can you do it for me?
No. You can opt to refund the package and reorder with the code, but I cannot add it for you since it would be unfair to others, especially for codes with use limit.
